Steak 'n Shake

"Food was delicious & freshly made. Got the "secret" 7 patty Cheeseburger w/lettuce & Tomato & a Western BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger. The fries in beef tallow were so good as well. Fair warning no cash at the order machines but they do accept cash through the drive through or if u order the secret burger."

"This place is still going. I don't frequent this location to often but when I do the service is always friendly and the food is always Fresh and good. I normally order the same things and I usually get me a Double Garlic Steak Burger and when I tell you it's amazing just the taste of it alone makes you want to order another one. Don't forget to get a Hand crafted milkshake them things are awesome and I do believe Steak 'n Shake has the best Milkshakes hands down. Keep up the good work SnS"

"Haven't had steak n shake in a few years service was good though. Forgot how hard it is to dip n eat the fries but they're always good. Burger took me by surprise it was amazing! Got a milkshake as well it's nice they give the wider straw and the shake was worth the $5."

"Haven't been to a Steak 'n Shake in a while and stopped by during my lunch. Ordered a kids' meal with 2 tenders, fries, a drink, and a side of cheese sauce. I was asked what dipping sauce I wanted, but my honey mustard didn't make it into the bag. The lady taking my order seemed like she was in a bad mood. Not friendly service. One of the tenders was practically inedible due to being small. Probably won't be back."

"The food tastes good, but the experience is really ruined by both the lack of cleanliness and the employees that treat you like you're the problem when they make a mistake. Tonight we were the only ones in the dining room, my daughter's burger had both onions and ketchup on it which we'd ordered to leave off, and no it wasn't mixed up with one of our other burgers, and the employee huffed at me and asked me if she had to remake the whole thing. Um.... Kind of, yeah. My daughter doesn't like ketchup and the ketchup is slathered all over it. She said she'd have to ask her manager. It was very odd and in the end I was left standing there, and then just sat back down, not even sure if I was getting a new burger for my daughter or not. Although we've enjoyed coming here occasionally, it's getting to the point with the lack of cleanliness and the poor employee interaction that I don't know how much more we'll keep coming. Pictured here is the absolutely digesting toilet that clearly hasn't been cleaned in weeks."

"Employees and managers were super friendly. They ran out of chocolate milk for my daughter and she handled it very graciously. They were so kind and compensated us with fries for her kids meal."
